Music and Markets Tours invites you to join us for an exceptional week of art, cuisine and discovery in the vibrant city of  Barcelona and the stunning Costa Brava – now our second Wonder Tour!

A feast for the eyes, ears, and palate, this dynamic city which inspired Miro, Gaudi, and Picasso delights with world-changing cuisine, unique architecture, and stellar views of sea and mountain. We’ll delve into the Roman roots of the region of Catalonia in the ancient city of Tarragona,  wander the cobbled lanes of the medieval town of Girona, explore the gorgeous coastline of the Costa Brava, scale the heights of the mountain monastery of Montserrat, and stroll the beachfront of Barceloneta.

From the fantastical architecture of Gaudi to the quiet palm-shaded cloisters of the Gothic Quarter, Barcelona is generous with its beauty. Picasso’s presence is felt in his favorite bars and  restaurants, not just in the Museu Picasso. As we listen to a passionate guitarist  we’re surrounded by the beauty of an historic cathedral.
From the medieval city of Girona, we’ll explore the gorgeous Costa Brava, from delightful coves to villages from hilltop to seaside, sampling the mouthwatering cuisine of the region as we go.

A Wonder Tour week that will immerse you in the best of the region’s sites, art, tastes, and places of cultural interest.
